Awesome Product
I've been looking to increase the number of pull ups I can do and wanted to find a way to engage more of my muscles where most gains occur. A chair just wasn't doing it for me so I looked for an alternative and came across rubberbanditz. The bands are well made, versatile, and are currently helping me achieve my goals. I've been doing p90x for 2 years on and off and I feel that the rubberbanditz will help me. I'm seeing results already.

They work very well
I have been using them to assist me on pull-ups, and they work great. No complains at all. They seem very durable. The only cons is that they are a bit pricey.

Nice tool for assisted pullups
Bought the Red+Black combo to help me with my pull ups. I am 134 lbs and can do three sets of 8 pull ups unassisted. So far no complaints and I hope these hold up as the bands are relatively expensive. Definitely a great tool since I cancelled my gym membership.

The are as described
They are exactly what I ordered...I however did not realize how like nothing they feel. I probably could get a better work out with a can of soup. Skip these unless you are rehabing and need to start really light, other wise go for the next size up.

Great Product
These Bands are a great addition to the workout. Even if you just workout using bodyweight it will help increase your amount of pull-ups and overall resistance for many other exercises. I haven't used it yet for squats but I will in the next week. The products came really quickly even to an APO address. I am excited to get back to them again.

Poor quality
Seeing how my light band started splitting when less than 2 weeks old. I cant say I have high hope for these. Time will tell I guess. I do like the evenness of the bands but safety is my concern also. Considering these cost much more than most band sets I expected better longevity.

Smelly, sticky latex rubber - too short for pull-ups.
I have the LifeLines and BodyLastics band systems. These systems use smooth rubber bands that attach to hand grips, leg grips, and pull-up assist pieces. Rubberbanditz have the feel of large rubber bands. Personally, I prefer the smooth rubber of LifeLines/BodyLastics with their handle pieces so that your hands don't smell like rubber for hours after working out as they do with Rubberbanditz. If you have a latex allergy, stay away. The benefits of the loops are you can fit more bands in your bag and it's easier to switch resistance. However, as pull-up assist bands for an Iron Gym bar ~6.5 feet high, the bands are too short and the bottom loop hangs about 3.5 feet above the floor so they are too high to step into for anyone below 6 foot. I hoped that unlike the LifeLines pull-up revolution, there would be no plastic parts that will snag on your clothing as you move up or down, but this sticky, unfinished rubber grabs your skin, clothes, and leg hair and is generally uncomfortable for pullups.I kind of expected them to be cheaper for what they are. How much more costly is a slightly thicker rubber band to make?I really wanted to like these, but for my purposes they were a waste of money.

Great product !
These bands I use all the time for crossfit, stretching and working out. I've had them for nearly a year now and they're still as good as new. They fold easily into my gym bag.
