Its perfect, take it with a meal, make sure calcium and iron levels are minimal in the meal for better absorption of zinc. Don't take on empty stomach, I'm fine but some ppl may puke the f out. So make sure you follow what I said to gain max benifits out of this. Must buy if your diet is low on zinc. Boosts t levels. Combine it with magnesium glicinate , vit k and vit d . T levels gets maxed out if you stack these things along with good sleep.

Worst nausea ever.
The nausea reviews are all genuine, and tho it didn't make me puke but honestly i was wishing i'd just throw up and get out of the bathroom, but i stayed for 2 hours hoping it'd go away but the nausea was bad and it only kept getting worse. SKIP THIS PLEASE
