AMAZING weight loss aid! I lost 2.7 lbs a week, with this, and a healthy meal. (I can't eat very much, so never thought I'd get those extra pounds off.) I mix it with water, ice, and a splash of Unsweetened Coconut milk. Taste is better. You can add anything else you want. It KICKED in on day 4. What I mean is on day 4, I drank this shake for lunch. (No breakfast.) Was full till dinner. And those night time Gremlin cravings for sugar/salt, GONE! Highly recommend Dr Anna Cabeca's book, Keto Green 16. Easy to follow IF plan that will make you lose weight, have more energy, and feel great! Now at my goal weight, I still follow her plan. I just add in a potato or rice, so I don't lose more weight. And I have a feast day 2X weekly. (Go out for dinner, eat what I want.) Been months, haven't gained any weight back. And it's because of this Protein shake! I also like her Mighty Maca drink. Chock full of vitamins, gives you energy in am. Still drink coffee too. If you need to lose weight, and not suffer with hunger, this WORKS!

I love Dr. Anna and take a couple of her products. But this one tastes absolutely awful. It has a good nutrition profile, and is portable which is why I bought it. But I will not buy this one again. *** Updated to 5-stars. I updated my review to 5-stars, because, while it still tastes pretty bad, I do really like how I feel when I consistently drink this protein powder. And, I love Dr Anna. Obviously she makes money from these products, but I feel like she truly care about women my age (mid-life). If you're a lady trying to navigate 'the change' check out her podcast and try her products. You won't be sorry!

The powder dissolves well with water. You aren’t left with clumps sticking to the side of your glass. Texture is ok. You can mix it up several hours before consuming without it turning into something weird. Taste is tolerable. I chose vanilla. The big deal for me is Dr Anna’s claim for the product to keep you full until the next meal is correct. I purchased it because I already trusted Dr Anna from reading her Hormone Fix book and the fact that she got an endorsement from Dr Perlemutter for her new book, Keto Green 16.

I love Dr. Anna Cabeca’s products! I read reviews before buying the keto green protein and saw few complaints but all in all great reviews! I wanted to make my own decision and I ordered it. I am loving this protein shake! I use one scoop per meal replacement for breakfast, add in half of an avocado for creaminess and added nutrition, then add unsweetened vanilla almond milk but you can also just use water. Sometimes I’ll add 1/2 cup of frozen mix berries as berries are on the low glycemic range. Some have complained about the bag coming apart— I don’t understand how that could happen unless that persons bag was damaged during shipping perhaps? I gave the cost a 4 out of 5 stars because it is on the expensive side but I know that the ingredients are quality and I’d rather put my money towards healthier food items now vs. ending up on costly, liver intoxicating medications in the future. I decided to add this product to my subscribe and save list to help with cost and to make sure I never run out. I also subscribed to the Mighty Maca packets. I just purchased her Keto Green 16 book coming out May 5, 2020 and added her other discounted items offered like this keto green protein as her offer was well worth the price of all the products that are included in her book pre-order! Highly recommend! And PLEASE get her Julva cream!!! You won’t want to be without it ever again! I hope this review helps someone. NOTE: For those just starting out changing their eating habits it may take you a while longer for your taste buds to adjust to eating healthier foods because over the years of eating ”food” with loads of preservatives, artificial ingredients and added sugar we think this is what food is supposed to taste like. Over time, once you are off of overly processed food you will no longer want to go back to eating those Oreos or fast foods— it will taste like fake plastic “food” to you! It feels so good to give what my body needs to keep it working properly and to honor how hard it works to keep me living and breathing each day! 😊.

I brought this protein meal replacement to try and lose weight. I have used this product for a month now and have lost around 5 lbs. it tastes good. I mix it with almond milk or coconut milk along with mango, leafy greens, and avocado. The smoothie is thick and has a rich chocolate taste. I used Chico almond milk and it tasted like a chocolate brownie. I just received my second bag. I take a smoothie to work for lunch and have one for breakfast in morning. I find that I don’t get hungry before lunch. A little pricey but worth the money.
