Got them for my class and state board. They are epa approved and very good quality and quantity. They were very moist and none was Dry, all they have the normal scent of barbicide. It’s ver worth your money if you’re working in a salon or taking classes and need for state board. The size was perfect maybe a little more than I needed but Greta size.
