Bit fiddly to use, as tgay dont fasten together, but work well...used 2 layers and comfortable in ankle boots.

Surprisingly good. More than two additional wedges is overkill though, not many shoes will accommodate the stack being that high and your foot. My big ankle highs could take main pad and two wedges max and they are very spacious and lace up. They do not provide any instep support when getting higher which is a bit of an issue, being soft and comfortable means less stability and hurts feet faster. Is comfortable at a sensible height! Works very well and easy to put in shoes. No need to overkill on the max wedge's like I did ..you don't need them. They do the job! But do compress quite a lot.

Good for there money great use for small people

Too small for mens shoes or boots,heel width dosent fit securely as there is a gap all round the heel leaving you balancing as you walk,could be bad for knees and hips maybe lower back if worn too long,these would fit womens shoes better I would think

The soles are too tall to fit into any normal shoe,with all the attachments the insole sticks out of the shoe making it impossible to use. With none of the attachments and only the insole in the shoe, it didn’t even reach to the end of my shoe, making some of my toes fall off the side making it very uncomfortable. They are too not effective in any way and I am extremely disappointed in the price of them.

These are a replacement for shoes and inner soles that have worn out. Hard wearing shoes and inner soles. Good value for money.

Nice, but should have them up to size 12 at least.

They were uncomfortable and hard on my feet also didn’t make a huge difference in night and the quality was poor the value for money isn’t good and wouldn’t advise them to others.

Ne conviennent pas à toutes les paires de baskets, Ce qui est chiant avec ses semelles c’est qu’il faudrait prendre une paire de baskets avec une taille au-dessus pour pouvoir être alèses et non serré
