Can the handle be switched sides? does this come already lubed? also why does it say the brand is berkley? thanks.

This reel is a penn, not sure why it says berkley. I’ve bought two of these as they were a good price. The bearings are sealed and lubed. They are a brilliant reel for fishing rock edges and heavy kelp. The only thing I can’t answer is if the handle side can be changed.

What line weight should I use and would Fluroclear 300 yard 20lbs hold on this reel

You would be far better off using 20lbs braid.
