excellent driveway sealant
Application is easy, take several dry days to fully cure, but works well. I've now had it on the driveway for over a year. No! the water doesn't bead, but it repelled the water and snow and the driveway drys quickly so it's preventing water penetration. Excellent product. I originally put it on with a roller. Highly recommend

I like this stuff
Good stuff so far. Hopefully it lasts many years like it claims. Tried rolling and spraying on. Sprayer is definitely way to go. Just make sure to apply enough so almost puddling. Roller was much more time consuming and labor intensive because product did not spread like paint. My concrete was about 8 years old and never treated. I had to order double amount because driveway just sucked it up. I like that product does not leave film or slick surface and water still beads off. Can not tell it has been treated unless it rains and see water beading up. Would have given 5 stars, but to early to tell if Dryway will last as long as it claims.

Works Very Well
Have a concrete patio below a wood deck that would get and stay wet after a rain storm for a couple of days. Getting really ugly green algae blooms within the concrete itself and would also attract dirt etc. Deep cleaned the concrete with enzyme based product and then power washed all of the algae out of the concrete. Let the concrete dry out for several days and then applied this product. Application was very easy, but I do recommend an electric sprayer, I bought an $60 battery sprayer here on Amazon. First major rainstorm was early this morning, almost exactly 72 hours from when I applied the product. The results are amazing. The deck is almost completely dry! No water penetrated, except at the edge of the patio where the deck above it sheds water. That portion is drying rapidly and I expect the entire deck to be completely dry shortly. Bought 10 more gallons to apply to the front walkway and the parking area on the side of my house. Good stuff

Better than Big Box Store Products
I am a past customer of the manufacturer's products, having applied the Radonseal sealant to my home's concrete basement floor. I bought the Dryway sealant for my home's driveway. The driveway is about 4 years old, but showing signs of pitting and spalling from winter de-icer and salt. While waiting for the product to arrive I had a few gallons of clear concrete sealant leftover from a past project. I started the driveway using this product, which left a semi-gloss appearance. I then finished the other half of the driveway with the Dryway product. The difference is noticeable. When dry, you really cannot see either sealant. But once it rains or you apply water, on the portion where I used Dryway the water beads up and rolls away. The water simply does not penetrate the concrete. The area where the semi-gloss sealant is applied has areas of water penetration. The surface is also a little slick. The Dryway product truly penetrates into the concrete as advertised. An exceptional product. Just be sure to order more than what you need .because the actual coverage is about 80% of the product description.

Repeat customer. Works fine for a year.
I have used a few different brands for our cement driveway. I have pretty much settled on this brand. They all say "Repels water for 5 years". Yeah.. don't believe it. Maybe in a test environment. We live in New England and with the blinding sun to the extreme cold, I have to re-seal our driveway every year in the fall. By Summer, the sealer is all gone. That's ok, because I really want to just protect it from the winter. I uses a sprayer to spray this on. It is 100 times easier than using a roller with some of the more expensive stuff I have bought in the past.

Soaks in deep.
Goes on as stated. Soaked in well and used broom for any puddles. 5 gallons covered a 21 x 40 driveway and a 16 x 16 patio with none left.

Can't see that it did anything
I have used a different product twice before on the driveway, and it worked great, with the water beading up and the concrete not even turning a darker color when it rained. That product was not available so I tried this one. I applied it exactly as I did the other product, power washing, then waiting several dry days before applying with a tank sprayer. Everything went great, and I even had enough to give a quick second coat on the higher traffic areas. The problem is that a month later, it has rained several times, and I see absolutely no beading of water, or any other sign that this product did anything. The Driveway looks exactly like other untreated concrete areas nearby. Disappointing after spending so much, and taking so much time to apply it correctly.

I used the product on my concrete driveway, which has a porous surface. I wasn't impressed after the first application and therefore, I applied the second coat, as actually recommended. The water beads on the surface, as expected. However, I got better results on my concrete patio (same porous concrete as the driveway) with the same product, but 1 gal concentrate. I used a 9:1 dilution of the concentrate, as directed for the porous surfaces. It appears the sealant supplied in 5 gal comes in a 19:1 dilution. Still happy with the results for now. Hopefully, will last about 5 years, as advertised. I recommend the product.

So far so good. I could see it repels water as expected and it didn't change the colour of my driveway. Let's see how long it will last and it will be after the first winter.

The product worked exactly as advertised. No doubt about that. The water rolled off the concrete like water on a ducks back.

This is a real person, who never writes reviews. At least bad reviews. I just felt I had to warn potential buyers. I wasn't going to write a bad review, but my last incident put me over the edge. Just to let you know, I followed the instructions fully, and even watched several videos on how to apply sealant to a cement driveway. I noticed that tire tracks would mark up my driveway prior to sealing it. They would come off with a pressure washer, not easily, but not crazy hard. I did everything correctly with the sealing. Tire marks showed the same, which wasn't a surprise, but what was a surprise was there was no difference in removing them. I thought to myself "if the sealant was any good, shouldn't this come off easier?" No beading of water, things seemed to stick like I did nothing. What put me over the edge was after the garbage man dumped my garbage, he put it upside down. When I came home at night from work I seen the dirt and decided to clean it the next day. These pictures are AFTER much time powerwashing with a 15° nozzle, and after a 0° and it wouldn't come off. Now my driveway has a disgusting stain. I know I won't get my money back, but I hope you can avoid this product and save yourself some money. This is NOT a cheap product, and it does from what I can tell, nothing.
