It's very fine and great quality. Smells and tastes fresh.
I've always used the "name brand" flour and it's always been just "ok" however I'd seen a cooking TV ad about this flour and decided to try it out and see what the differences were between the name brand and Bob's Red Mill White Flour. Well, I have to say that the Red Mill Flour seems to be of finer quality, tastes ever so much fresher, like it'd been milled the day before. Makes a finer rhu for thickening and now I doubt if the name brand will ever again come to my kitchen again. Love it's great quality.

Best on the market, suitable for variety of recipes
Best flour on the market. Great for everything "flour" related. I used it almost daily for very different recipes, cakes, muffins, bread (with yeast or with yogurt only), for fry-coating, etc. Worth the higher price!

Recommend flour!
This organic, all purpose, unbleached flour is great! I enjoy baking and cooking and anytime I have used it the food turns out great! Here’s a pic of some bread I used with this flour! Needless to say….. delicious!

Bought to make no knead bread
Have used a couple of time and seems to work nicer than regular AP flour. I reserve for use only with making bread.

Never disappoints, always smooth and delicious!
I've made the most delicious banana breads with this flour. Every type of bread comes out so beautiful and fresh taste. Baked breads last nicely over the counter. Works perfect with other ingredients. No acidic taste. Just wonderful. I have bought this product at least two times, already. Permanent customer as long as they keep that wonderful quality. Love it!

Very strong gluten flour. Flavourful and fresh. For health though Bobs Red Mill organic whole wheat is wiser.
