Arrived with Damage to Zips
Overall I love this bag, however I haven’t even used the bag and it’s came with some damage to the zips. Not a major problem but when I’ve paid £70 for a bag I don’t expect there to be damage to the bag.

It's nice. It's big and roomy. I wish there were more smaller pockets and like pockets for organization purposes. It is durable and it is indeed water resistant for rainy days. It's comfortable as well. Unfortunately the zipper has been getting stuck repeatedly. I can usually fix it myself after a bit but it gets pretty stuck and there is a good amount of resistance from the zipper. I've been getting shamed at work for using a backpack to store my office supplies in so I will be switching to a tote bag soon. That has nothing to do with the backpack of course. It served me well for a good couple of months or so despite the zipper issue. Having grown up with a relative who knows a lot about sewing and stuff I have high expectations for zippers on the items I buy. For the price of the backpack I expect for the zipper to be of high quality and not have this reoccurring getting stuck problem.

Sac commandé initialement pour un week end à Londres. Prenant l'avion (easyJet) j'avais besoin d'un sac petit, conforme et ergonomique. J'ai pu facilement ranger l'équivalent de 4 jours de vêtements (d'hiver) sans problème, très vaste et adapté grâce aux nombreux rangements. En outre très joli sac avec une belle finition. Prix un peu élevé mais qui s'explique par la qualité.

this bag is freaking fantastic. it’s definitely bigger than average bookbags that i’ve used but it’s able to hold more items in it
