Heavy

Have used this (grey, heavy) band for a few weeks as pull up assist and it seems to be extremely well made and has a lot of resistance. I have used it for other exercises, and its great. If you double it up, its a hell of a lot of force. So far I am very pleased and look forward to finding even more uses for this band. Theres cheaper options, but you get what you pay for. I do not want a band of this magnitude to snap in my face or worse places...... well worth the $

This is a thicker, stronger and trusted product in sporting good i know. I tried lot of different bands from Target to Dick’s. This one is the best. Everyone must’ve one.

Good bands used a lot for working out and have held up well so far. No complaints on my end.

I see other bands like this broken on the floor of our building's gym. this is top quality from what I have experienced so far, recommend for anyone getting serious about upping their pull up count.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A little pricey but you usually pay a little more for good quality products. Now to see how well it holds up.

I use it to assist me with pull ups. I'm 5 ft 2 in tall, and weigh less than 140 lbs. I can't do a full pull up unassisted, so this helps me do at least 2 full pull ups back to back. I know this will help me to achieve my fitness goal of doing pull ups unassisted. Durable product.

Riktigt bra elastiskt band. Mellan motstånd och inte speciellt tjockt, vilket är bra. Använder det främst till att stretcha och rotera axlar genom att haka fast det runt något. Använt det från och till i ett par år i samband med träning och det håller ännu.

Siempre tuve algo de "miedo" al entrenar con bandas elásticas, no me daban sensación de seguridad. Pero he de decir que la calidad percibida de este producto es muy buena y transmite confianza, uno puede centrarse en el ejercicio sin tener la mosca detras de la oreja de si se ba a romper la banda. La resistencia de la misma la mediria como media-alta, como para hacer ejercicios de brazos con esfuerzo o como asistencia media en dominadas. De todas formas, llevo poco tiempo con ella como para ser una opinión definitiva, ya que cada tipo de goma "envejece" distinto. Un saludo
