Mine had a bad ador though *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2016* I love the bag. It looks great and functions great. I immediately started receiving compliments on it. I do have two comments for improvement though:One neutral comment: The strap is very long; like instantly long. It's actually a little too long for me personally because I really can't tighten it to the point where I really want to because the sliding shoulder pad would not be able to rest in the middle. Suggest to manufacturer to shorten the strap by at least a foot.One negative comment: My bag arrived and smelled very strongly. Not a good smell. I let it sit out for a few days to try to clear it out but it still smelled. I eventually had to rub some Arm & Hammer carpet De-oderozer on the inside to try to get rid of the smell. It seems to work. I just wish I would have done it sooner. The odor seemed to be coming from the inside but it's hard to tell. It's not a rugged, utilitarian case that I'd normally buy for myself, but my wife is pleased with its purse-like quality and the fact that it adds minimal bulk to her computer. The 13" bag fits the 11.6" laptop comfortably with little excess space. The handles are sturdy and the added shoulder strap is thin but strong. The bottom quilted material provides just enough coverage on all sides from minor bumps, but I doubt it'll save your computer from a high drop (but what will?). There are 2 external pockets, big enough to hold documents or, as in my wife's case, the small laptop charger. I've seen these Knomo brands listed elsewhere online in the $50 price range. The $19 price tag you can find on Amazon is a steal. Highly recommended! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stylish and protective *by J***7 on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2015* I really like this bag. It's the perfect size for my little 11.6 in. ultrabook and a mouse, and offers decent protection from normal-life occurrences. If I dropped it out a window, my computer would probably still break... but I've dropped it getting out of the car and the bag (and computer) are no worse for wear. I love the soft inner lining--very effective in preventing scratches. The shoulder strap is comfortable and well-balanced, without being too bulky and I love that it's easy to remove and stow in the bag if I prefer to carry as a briefcase.
