A smart plug that has worked without any hitch whatsoever, has much better functionalities, better user experience than the D-Link plug I had bought. The D-Link plug is lying unused since almost 10 months. I have 2 of the above. 1 is 2 years old and the second one 10 months. Works with Alexa, has power usage history and a good and easy user interface.

It stopped working just after 1 week and as EMBox has no service center anywhere, you can get assistance over phone call only, after explaining the issue to them, they denied the warranty even though they have mentioned it in the description, after sending them screenshot, they apologised but keep ignoring the followup by saying 'Technical team is working on it', DON't BUY THIS PRODUCT, WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!

I use this with my Google assistant and it works very well. Setting it up takes a little while so you can't do it in a hurry but it's pretty smooth on the whole.

This product is nothing short of magic. It works really great. Setting up the device is easy and is explained in the user manual. Once connected, it is a breeze. I could control the geyser with so much of ease and schedule the time. Smart life app works seamless. Google Assistant integration is also great. Very happy with the product.

The plug was installed for 2 weeks and now has failed. Although indicator lamp is on, there is no power passes through the plug. Very disappointing after a successful and easy setup on a 16Amp outlet. To bad, really promising plug otherwise...

Cannot work with 2 ton Ac

Very nice product with great power consumption tracking app and data. I schedule my AC operations very easily with this app. Also has helped me analyze my power consumption

The product has internal fues. And no easy way to change it. You have to break the device to access the electronics. Better not to waste the money until manufacturer come up with any different solution for internal fues. The other components are good enough, where as the fues should have an option to change without spoiling the device.
