I purchased black in hopes that it would darken my brown hair and grays. Instead my hair is now mahogany like a piece of furniture and my scalp is orange brown. I should have went with my instincts when I noticed the color on my patch test was red brown. It almost looked like henna, which this is not supposed to contain. I thought maybe it would get darker with time but after 3 hours, I could see this was a huge fail. Seller was great, shipping fast, but this product was not for me. It's a great idea for those like me who are allergic to dyes with PPD, but apparently red is the new black. Hopefully, it will fade soon with no residuals.

Ekoeh Brasil hair dye is the BEST one I've ever found in 36 years of coloring my hair (with permanent color, semi-permanent color, henna and even a brief experiment with "natural" herbs/spices). I've tried most of the products on the market, and this is definitely my favorite. It is easy to apply, completely covers the gray (my natural color is now almost 100% gray) and lasts through many shampoos (specific timeframe depends on type of shampoo, conditioner and other hair care products you use, as well as how much exposure to water, such as swimming frequently, etc.). Ekoeh has good color selections; I have used Golden Brown as well as Light Brown, and even mixed them together. I was very pleased with the results in each case. Over time, the Ekoeh color diminishes so gradually that I Never see a sharp distinction between the hair that has been colored and the new roots that are growing in. It does not have any of the harmful ingredients typically found in many commercial hair dyes. Unlike most hair dyes (especially permanent ones), Ekoeh has NO ammonia, NO resorcinol, NO phthalates, NO PPD, and NO PPT. It is very important to me that personal care products (and other products too) are safe and non-toxic, and I feel very comfortable using Ekoeh. Just wish I had found it years ago!

I have safely used permanent dye on my eyelashes for decades however I recently began to develop an allergic reaction to one of the chemicals so I've been looking for a good alternative. This seems to be an effective option for people with very light/white blonde lashes/brows. PROS: No strong fumes so I could apply it like mascara and not have to keep my eyes closed. It did darken my lashes, particularly the uppers, to a medium/dark brown No skin reaction or swelling, which is huge since the last few I've tried have made me look like Rocky after Apollo Creed was done with him. CONS: Takes 45 minutes. It is not permanent, so I don't know how long it'll last.

I chose this hair color due to the cruelty freeness. I also liked it’s application way. You just apply it to your wet hair and rinse. However, it’s running away almost completely. I have so many gray hair and I can easily see it. Very little color stayed in my hair at the end of the application, which is run away in the next showers. My gray hairs colored as blonde (which is supposed to be brown). 3 weeks after the application, I wanted to recolor my hair with a color that I used and got good results before (Garnier Olia), it also run away more than before. I don’t recommend it.

This was such a nice color and I had such high hopes for it but the color didn't even last a week. I looked like I didn't even color my hair, and I had my professional hair stylist do it for me in her salon.

I have been using henna to color my hair, but I wanted a creme so it would be faster and easier to apply as a mom, since I don't have a lot of time for myself. This works so well! I have dark brown hair with a hint of red and I have also been graying badly since the stress of the pandemic. This works! I put it oren in the morning after washing my hair and before getting my kids up for remote school. Then I cover it with a shower cap and let it sit all day while my kids are at zoom school (about 6 hours). when I wash it out my hair is so soft and so natural looking; it's made me feel years younger! I was able to use the same bottle for about 5 applications.

Smells great! Wanted to love it and make it my new routine, but it didn't deposit color onto my hair-- only my scalp, which was a mess to clean up and still in my pores (two washes later) as you can see in the photo. As an aging woman with about 1/3 gray hair right in my hairline, I have tried many, many products to find a more natural, safe alternative to standard hair color, which is now known to accumulate in our endrocrine systems and lead to cancer. I would pay hundreds of dollars to have my hair colored with natural dyes so I don't look older than I am, but this one didn't do it.

I loved this no allergies but you need to put it minimum three hours and it will cover your grey if you put it 4-5 it will be better I love it

Unbelievably amazing! I have a horrible allergy to every other hair color on earth and semi permanent hair dyes never cover my greys. This hair dye is a blessing as it coveree every strand of grey on my head without even giving me an itch. Loveeeeeeeeeee it.

I followed the usage Instruction and found a 0% result. Advice to don't buy this product and don't waste your money.
