I have a grid roller which I use but find it too big for my hamstrings and buttocks. Suggest 5 or 7 inch orb? Jim

The 5 inch works great for me for both hamstrings and upper glutes. I find the 360 degree range of direction for the Orb is terrific compared to the more limited range of any roller (and I have a smooth roller, a Grid roller, and a Rumble roller). I've not tried the 7 inch Orb.

I have the grid, and a firm i/fit roller (the black one). Neither of these is firm enough for my calf.

I find the Orb to firmer on my calf than either my orange Grid roller or black Rumble roller. The Stick, however, is even better on massaging my calf. I tend to use the two rollers for my hamstrings and IT bands, the Stick for my calves, and the Orb for upper glutes. I know, I know, too many devices, but they each have different and distinct benefits, and so I use all of them.
