After several months of having the cartridges for my color Canon Laser printer stored it was time to use them but one of them had a tiny broken part that held a spring necessary for the printer to recognize the cartridge. I sent an email and received a response within a very short amount of time and within a day they sent me a replacement that was delivered within a few days. So customer service is excellent!! And no issues with printing either with any of the colors.

Worked great

I usually by generic ink and toner, however, these did not work. (maybe because I didn't disable the firmware updates?) So, I had to by the HP brand and now I have 2 of these cartridges that don't work and I'm sure that I'm out of the return window.

Although my Canon printer completely rejected this ink, the company made it right and stood by their warranty. I appreciate a company that stands by their word.
