I used this cleaner to help remove black mulch stains from my deck. The landscapers stacked the black mulch on my deck for a few days when they came back to put the mulch down I noticed the black staining on my beautiful deck and panicked. So had order this to clean my outdoor furniture and used it on the stain by just spraying and letting sit for about a minutes and started to scrub it and it came right out with no stain left behind. This is great and my deck looks beautiful again.

I used this on some outdoor furniture that had gotten mildewy. It works, but it does take elbow grease and a good brush.

I am really surprised by the negative reviews. Worked quite well for me on outdoor resin wicker patio set when used as directed. Removed dirt, pollen, and even mildew. Sprayed on and then used soft scrub brush. Rinsed all the grime right off with hose after application. Minimal fragrance. Important to me that it is safe on my lawn and around pets. No stickiness or residue after drying. Fresh and clean. I was really pleased with how well it worked.

My outdoor furniture had a weird smell from us going a couple of days without putting on our couch cover. After cleaning them with this it was gone.

It make awful plastic chairs a bit cleaner, disappointing for a brand with a history.

We purchased this spray along with a soft bristle brush to deep clean our outdoor furniture that was covered in pollen. It’s Polywood made of durable plastic. Just upon spraying it and letting it soak, you knew it was going to work. Coupled with the brush, we were able to get into all the textured parts of the furniture and got the result we wanted. The spray worked effectively and had no odor which was good.

Used on my beige patio umbrella that had several years of mildew and discoloration from overhead trees and it looks brand new! Thrilled - exceeded expectations! Did not take much effort either - sprayed on in sections, used scrub brush on the worst areas and rinsed w hosed - that’s it!
