BRAKE CALIPER PISTON REWIND WIND BACK TOOL KIT 21PCS

Ordered this yesterday after running into trouble with my existing caliper rewind tool. This arrived today so was able to finish fitting my new discs and pads and rewind the calipers on my Volvo C30 which take a 20mm pin plate. This set is very comprehensive and appears like it will do every car 😁. I will never get to find out. What I do know is this had the right part to fit my Volvo and I struggled to find any which said they were compatible. This set definitely is compatible 👍 It did the job well the little plates appear to be magnetic when paired with the screw shaft which is a nice touch. It does take some effort so don't be scared to use some muscle but take your time. Don't use a bar over the small bar, this will damage your new tool.. Very comprehensive set, well made and

Not made from the best steel in the world, so it's hardly going to be an heirloom tool. That said, it does what it needs to do and at this price, I'm hardly going to argue. I've only used it to do the front brakes so far so I can't say much about the accessory plates for winding the rears. Would buy again.

Conprihensive bit of kit does what it says on the tin and for the money what more do you want Isn't made from high quality metal but does the job and as long as your not brutal I don't see it breaking or bending Don't get me wrong would not withstand a workshop environment being used day in day out but for home use a good tool

Just used this today changing the rear brake pads on a 2016 Mini Countryman s, did the job with no trouble. Saved me over £180 from getting the dealer to do it. Doesn’t feel like a cheap product or poor quality as other people have mentioned in their feedback. Overall very satisfied saved me money on buying a more expensive set from Halfords etc and on getting the dealer to do the job.

I used this on a golf and let me tell you, worth every penny. I've done break calipers pistons in the past without this kinda tool. You will be there for hours screaming and curseing. If your break piston is seased ide recomend getting a more heavy duty and sturdy version of this product. If your break calliper piston isn't then this will most likely be perfect. Reviews mention the turning bar bending so make sure not to apply too much force. I had no such problem and my pistons pushed back in with a bit of muscle and adjustment of the tool. Worth every penny if not seized.

Absolutely fantastic, very very good quality for the price. No point in paying anymore than this if you're using this as a DIY'er. Comes in a nice carry box so can be kept safe in your garage until next use. I doubt this will ever need replacing unless I lose it or it gets stolen! very good value for money, cannot recommend enough.

I needed these to push the rear brake pistons in on my BMW when changing the rear discs and pads. Normally I've been able to wedge the pistons back in, and I was stumped on my new (to me) car that you needed to thread them back in. These allow you to do each side. The left and the right tool are needed if you need to do both sides of the car, which of course is a given. Choose your brake plate, choose your tool, use the lever plate and twist. The piston goes back in, and you can install your new discs and/pads. This will work on a wide variety of cars, and it arrived quickly.
