Acryla Gouache 20ml Primary Mixing Colors Set of 5

I've been using gouache for about a year now, and I'm still relatively new to it, but this brand has been my favorite so far. It isn't "gouache" in the traditional sense, it's more of a matte acrylic, but that means it won't reactivate when wet so--praise the lord!!--what you put down on paper will stay there. Awesome for someone like me who drools over crisp lines, or if you want a background color to paint over that won't bleed through. The colors are also vibrant and mix beautifully. Regarding the seller, my paint came very quickly and with no hassle. The box was a bit scuffed, like it had been on an art store shelf, but the paint was otherwise fine. I would definitely order from here again.

I got these for my daughter for her last year of high school (when she took the most art classes). Based on what she has said about them, they are very easy to use, mix, and paint with. The colors are vibrant, and the texture is more on the smooth side. Her only complaint is that she wished there was more! She's been using it a lot for her art projects, I would even go far as to say that we will buy more in the future.

Has a nice creamy texture and a widerange of colors when you mix. Very happy to paint with it so far!

Love this acryla gouache. Awesome to paint on wood and canvas. Love the colors they offer. Make sure to check out which colors that don’t contain a toxicity warning. I have no problem avoiding the few that are toxic.

Acrylic gouache is not gouache. It's matte acrylic. These are beautiful colors, nice to work with. BUT I wish they would stop calling them gouache. Gouache is not acrylic. Acrylic is acrylic. So-called acrylic gouache has a medium added to give a matte finish. It's just like how people call gouache watercolor with white added. NO, that's not all there is to it. If you like to work with acrylic, definitely try these. But don't compare them with real gouache.

I’ve tried gouache from all levels of quality, reeves, winsor and newton etc, and this is by far the best in my opinion. they don’t reactivate with water once they’re dry since it’s “acryla” so keep that in mind, you can’t put it in separate palettes to dry and use later like with watercolor tubes. i’m okay with the permanence because i also use these to paint on polymer clay. also, a little goes a very long way so these 20 ml tubes will definitely last me awhile

So fun to use!! Didn’t crack when dry or break at all. Sooo worth the money!! Perfect gouache for artists.

The colors come out beautifully! I used them on brown cardboard and the coverage is excellent.

Meine Tochter und ich haben uns das Set mit den Grundfarben geholt, weil wir unentschlossen waren, ob die größeren Sets ihr Geld wert sind. Im Grunde sind es matte Acrylfarben, die gefühlt besser mit Wasser verdünnt werden können. Die Farbe bleibt auch etwas verdünnt sehr kräftig, da muss man bei vielen "normalen" Acrylfarben etwas vorsichtiger sein. Unverdünnt sind sie gaaaanz leicht transparent. Wenn sie komplett decken sollen braucht man wohl zwei Fabrschichten (wir hatten den Bedarf nicht). Sie trocknen sehr schnell. Ich kann nur raten, sich für sie Arbeit mit den Farben eine Nasspalette zuzulegen. Mixed Media haben wir mit den Farben nicht probiert.

I am very satisfied with purchase as these gouache are professional artist grade , smooth creamy with opaque mate finish once dried. Just you have to bear in mind they dry fast as they are acrylic gouache not classical ones :)
