Arrived very quickly even though it was shipping from US to Europe. Cue is of good quality, very straight and solid, packaged well in hard cylinder.

If you're looking for a budget cue to just get into pool to see if you like it, or you're just tired of using a house cue Everytime you go out with your friends, buy one of these. Any color doesn't matter. I bought this as my first cue, then bought more cues after that. After getting better at pool with my other cues, then coming back to this one, it's fantastic. Viking do a great job of running Valhalla as the quality control is fantastic. This this STRAIGHT. Go watch average Joe's review of this cue on YouTube. This cue beats out ones that are 5 to 8 times it's price which is ridiculous. I would have bought a fancier looking 100 series had I known how much I was gonna like it. No complaints, baller cue.

***This is a bit of story, so I’ll give you what you are looking for right away.*** I’m not BOT! I’m just a guy that had a rough experience, but it was totally turned into an amazing one, thanks to a guy that KNOWS how to treat his customers! I want everyone to know that true customer service IS still alive and well at ProGear!!! Go directly to ProGear to get the items you are looking for! Steve made everything right with my purchase and handled the whole situation with professionalism that you just do NOT find anymore! Prior to my Valhalla by Viking cue purchase, I requested to speak to a ProGear representative and they contacted me within a day. They assured me that I would receive the correct weight, color, wrap AND… they would even provide the previous sale price they had offered online. WOW! They were very helpful and made me feel good about my decision, so I completed the purchase. The pool cue arrived as scheduled and was packaged very well. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was not able to try my new cue for a few weeks. Unfortunately, when I did try it, there was “tink” sound every time the cue ball was hit. I looked up my purchase date on Amazon and found I was 3 days outside of the return window. The next day I drove 1.5 hours to the closest billiard shop that is a Viking distributor. The guys there found it to have stripped threads on the butt weight and could not get the weight out. They did not take the opportunity to try to replace the parts, fix it, send it off for warranty… nor even tried to up-sell me to a different stick. They just said I should use the Viking warranty. The next day I contacted Amazon customer service. I went through all the contact pages and service channels. After 48 minutes… I was told (in a chat, which I copied) that Amazon would refund all my money and I should keep the stick. I waited 7 business days for the refund on my credit card… and it never happened. I again contacted Amazon customer service and was told the previous return rep that chatted with me “did not have that authorization” to send me a refund and I would need to start the return process all over again. Wonderful. I figured I had no choice, so I went through all those steps again. (To date, I have STILL not heard back from Amazon on this purchase!) After the 2nd Amazon chat ended, I decide to contact ProGear to let them know what was happening and why they may see a refund request coming their way. Steve answered my phone call and expressed genuine concern with my situation. He listened to my issue, was attentive, helpful, apologized and assured me that he would make things right. The most admirable part of this… followed through on his words! He took the time to provide expert knowledge on his products, supplied to me an excellent replacement for the original damaged cue stick, shipped it to me the very next day AND refunded my 1st purchase! Please keep in mind… He did NOT have to do ANY of those things! Steve very easily, could’ve told me to go through the warranty process and washed his hands of the deal. I mean… let’s face it… I’m sure he didn’t make much of a profit on my purchase. BUT... Steve treated me like I was a long-time returning customer with a history of high-end purchases. A true gentleman! So, if you are in the market for anything that ProGear offers, I absolutely 100% recommend them! Thanks again Steve!!!

A great beginner cue

Straight out of the box! Smooth as silk!

This is a excellent pool cue, especially for the price. Its dead straight, nice tip, workmanship is excellent no flaws in the finish and linen wrap is perfect. Most importantly it plays great. Its comparable to much more expensive cues. In fact I bought a second one for guest to use. Excellent cue you wont be disappointed.

Extremely high quality, regardless of the modest cost. Very good value. My game has improved. Love the look as well.

The cue performes well but the paint unfortunately started to come off after only a couple of times of use. It is being returned to seller for a refund, but not yet settled.

This was rated the best in its price range in multiple reviews I found online, they say it punches well above its class and I can see why. Beautiful finish and great performance. Highly recommended.
