“Comfort, great headset and worked perfectly”
I have a lot of consulting for real estate by telephone call. Someday, I was advised to use the headset for hands free and mutl task. I got this two-ears headset. Installed into my landline phone and worked immediately. I'm happy for this headset as they

Doesn't work as advertised and there is no product support.
Says it supports a Polycom WX450, yet when plugged into the headset jack I get nothing. I have to remove the handset from the phone and plug the headset into handset port to get audio which means no more taking calls on handset. Emailed reseller and never heard anything back.

So far, it worked great!
Plug and play immediately in my Avaya IP phone. We are always very busy and loud at works. I searched and got this dual ear headset.They are fine. It fit well on my head and mouth by instant adjustment. I did not feel any pain on my head after some time use. Good thing is not to hear and not be careful from others. Sound quality and microphone pick up are also great.

No one can hear me
It doesn't noise cancel at all. I've used these on and off for about 5 months now and today decided to throw them in the garbage. My patients say I sound muffled when I use them. It was a waste of money.
