Black Caps- 144 Count

Great caps. They bring a much cleaner, more professional look to your homebrew bottles. It looks much nicer than plain grey caps. They stay on and do their job, and I don't know what more there is to say.

These black bottling caps appear to be the equivalent of those used commercially. I used them while bottling my own beer and they've performed properly and without fail. They are gloss black with a clear rubbery seal on the inside.

i like the look of the black caps over the plain ones that come with kits. at about $.04 per cap, these are an ok value and their quality is at least as good as any other caps i've used. we've bottled 10 cases of beer with these caps, and while we haven't drank through half of it yet, we haven't had a single bottle that didn't get a good seal. if you're looking for good caps that make your bottled products look a bit more sleek, these caps are a great option.

Started brewing my own beer and needed some bottle caps. I hated the plain ones that come with the kits, so I bought these. Not much to say, they are black bottle caps. They work well and look cool to me.

I used these for a black IPA to differentiate them from my other homebrews, and I have to say they are pretty slick. It was a awesome beer and now I'm glad I bought some awesome caps for showing it off to my friends. They do have an inner seal unlike some decorative caps, so you can buy these without worry, they worked great.

These caps look very handsome on 12-ounce brown beer bottles. I'm very pleased with their appearance. My homebrews don't usually last very long before I drink them, so I can't say how effective the caps are in keeping a seal for the long term. However, they definitely last the 4-6 weeks before I drink my brews. I do have an observation to share. I messed up with my priming sugar in one batch, and I had a bottle explode. The bottle didn't explode by blowing off the cap, Instead, it blew off the bottom of the bottle, and the pressure sent the bottle flying across the room like a rocket! So, I can say that this cap held firm against a lot of pressure. I'd definitely buy these caps again.

For the price you can't beat these. I brew about 5 batches of beer a year and drink one batch before starting another. So I don't have beer sitting in the bottles for a long time. These work great.

These are caps. They're black. They worked great with my crimp-er to cap my cider bottles. Not sure why Amazon didn't like the word "crimper" because I think it's a word, but crimp-er gets the idea across. Hope that's enough words.
