Hi, we are sorry about any delay for the Dolly's Kit as Beauticom have taken over the distributor rights in the USA as we have solve all issue with Amazon Prime and any other seller selling our Dolly's Lash Brand. So there will be no more Tu Family or other seller selling this as if they do, then it will most likely be fake. Also we have made sure to resolve the issue with Amazon Prime as the Dolly's Lash will be on Amazon Prime.

Question 2

Has the formula changed? I’ve been using for years with beautiful results but my most recent kit with new packaging doesn’t work.

I am wondering the same thing.  Agree with you that I’ve bought it several times and it worked great, but now my last order of it came with the new packaging and it seems less strong and doesn’t work as well. So sad!!!

Question 3

The instructions say to "remove" #1 and #2 lotions but what do I use?  Water?  Or just wipe off with tissue?

I believe there is solution in there.  I used a q-tip with it and just did my best to remove most of it, I did use some eye makeup remover pad when I was all done.

Question 4

What is the difference between the large silicon pads and the medium silicon pads? Which one is more effective? Thank you!

That's a tough question to answer. It will depend on the shape and size of your eyelids. The medium pads are smaller, of course. I personally preferred those. I even had to cut them down a bit more for them to work. I have the kind of eyes that when they are open, you can't see my eyelids at all. If your eyes are like that, you may prefer the medium size. If your eyelid is clearly visible when your eyes are open, perhaps the larger ones would suite you better. Both sizes come with the kit, so you will be able to experiment a bit to find out what works best for you. Hope that helps!
