Can a bed made like this be left with sheets and blankets on and just opened up ready to sleep in?

I was going to use Velcro straps to hold everything in place

How do you remove the springs without getting hurt and get them back on again?

I used a screwdriver and a pair of pliers

How do you mount the eclv springs?

I just mounted to a wall that I built on each side , also I attached just the outside frame to them then built the bed. I’m no expert and this is the first Murphy bed that I have ever built, but it worked for me . I made my bed with 2x6 for the frame (heavy) but these make putting it up and down very easy. Honest review i really like these compared to the cost of pistons , could post pictures if needed.
