Works great for annoying prolapse
I actually bought these to use as a pessary device when my prolapse suddenly worsened until I can find a new GYN and discuss more permanent options. It was just so distended that I was aware of it all day and made me very uncomfortable. After a couple of weeks of almost daily use, it seems to be less pronounced when I’m not using it. As an added bonus - I had no idea something like this even existed for bladder leaks. I have stress incontinence that is only problematic when jumping, usually only when 2 feet hit the ground at once but sometimes when running too. I usually just wear a liner when I think I might have an issue. After testing it at home for this purpose it seems to work very well! No more pee pads for me!! You insert it just like a tampon. It has more of a formed shape and feel than a tampon does. Once inserted I don’t feel it at all and only remember it’s even there because of the string hanging down. Unlike a tampon it’s also non absorbent. I googled just using a tampon to help with my issue but that is to be avoided if not needed for a menstrual cycle. A tampon’s absorbency when not needed can lead to TSS. My only complaint is that the sizing kit is not quickly available. I think I saw one but wanted to start using the product immediately. Of course size 3 works best for me and that’s the size I bought last after buying the other 2. As they aren’t cheap, I’m just trying to use those up on days that I am not as active. I also wish these were available in stores. I don’t mind buying them in Amazon, but I had no idea they even existed until googling my issue in a panic one weekend. I’m certain there are tons of women that could use these for one purpose or another. If these were available at grocery & drug stores with the other Poise items more women would discover them.

Poise Impressa has been discontinued
I have used this item for many years. It has worked, for me. Yet, It's been out of stock, everywhere. I contacted the manufacturer, today. Kimberly-Clark. Here is their response: "Thanks for your e-mail about our Poise Impressa Bladder Support for Women. We're sorry, but we are unable to provide you with a source of supply because we no longer manufacture this product. This business decision was not easy since we knew that there may be loyal customers who would be disappointed. We value you as our customer. Perhaps one of our Poise products could meet your needs. We appreciate your interest in Kimberly-Clark." So, there it is.

Game changer
For some reason, it works better for me if I put them in upside down. Just like contacts, these are the best invention ever. After cancer treatment and having 3 kids, my pelvic floor was useless at holding anything in. This has given me my life back without having to wear a huge pad and constantly stressing about wear the nearest bathroom is. Are they expensive…yes. But it’s worth it.

You need this to prevent leaks!
Do you leak every time you laugh, sneeze, cough, or jump? Leak no more with these Impressa bladder supports. I use these when ever I have a wicked cough. They are easy to use- same as inserting a tampon. Instead of having absorbent cotton like a tampon - these open up once they’re inserted - like an umbrella and it puts gentle pressure against your urethra to prevent leakage. With these- you don’t have to wear bulky pads or leak through a thin panty liner. These come in 3 sizes depending on how much leak protection you need. The only con to these are that they’re a bit expensive to be using everyday.

Improves my quality of life
Please do not stop making these. I use these when I exercise, more specifically run or HITT training. Before these, my leggings appeared soaked and felt so soggy after running. Probably TMI, but I feel there are other women who can relate and could benefit from these. At one time I felt they stopped working, but found I wasn't placing up far enough. When you have a bit of a prolapse, you kind of have to push things up a bit more when inserting product. If these ever go out of production, I will have to probably be fitted for a pessary and don't really want that.

They're kind of expensive though
My doctor recommended that I try this for the times I lose a little bladder control when laughing, sneezing, jumping, stretching etc. I had to buy the beginner box first to figure out the size I needed, then buy another box of that size. They are placed internally just like a tampon, and you can wear them for about 12 hours at a time. Occassionally, I'll still have "leak-through" that drips down the string, leaving a wet spot, but at least it helps me with the feeling of urgency, and also helps keep me dry when sneezing & laughing. Sometimes I feel crampy after 8-10 hours though. They came in a box of 21 which isn't even enough for 1 month, so I only use them when I'll be on a long trip, and I'm still looking for something that won't break the bank for daily use.

Winner!
Al last a product that works. I have struggled with incontinence for 20 years. I had a pessary that worked for 10 years but then it no longer worked. They tried fitting me with different pressaries but none of them helped. So for the past 10 years I have been using pads. I saw an ad for Impressa and thought I would give it a try. I love them! No more leaks, I can't tell I am wearing it and I had no problem with removal. They are pricey but it is so worth it.

Life changing
Honestly, life changing. There were no starter kits available to try sizes so I just went for the middle and got size 2 and they are perfect. My stress incontinence has been such an embarrassing thing for me since having my son. I’ve done pelvic floor Physio which unfortunately didn’t work. I am active, workout daily, run and play sports. And it was getting to the point I couldn’t enjoy myself cause I literally had pee so noticeable. Only wore black pants and still was a problem. So far since getting these I went for a run, and I played sports with a lot of running and honestly NOT ONE DRIBBLE. Never. And I repeat. Never stop selling these pleaseeee!!!!!!

Life changing!
I was very skeptical about this but after trying it, I now understand why it has such great reviews! I haven’t worn a thong or a too above my hips in 3 years because I was scared of leaks. After using this, I was finally able to feel free again and wear whatever I want!! I wouldn’t recommend wearing this all day as I worry about any bacterial build up overtime. I save these for nights out or when I need to dress up. You can’t even feel ur wearing one!
