Arrived in time and the quality is top, reorder again

I've only tried the Blue blend and was very impressed with the smoothness and flavour. I was hesitant at first but if anyone is also feeling like that rest assured it is very good and well worth trying. I will try their Black blend next as I like my coffee strong and apparently it's stronger than the Blue blend but if I couldn't get hold of it I'd be happy using Blue. Compatible coffee is usually hit and miss. Other good makes are Lavazza and L'or. I've been disappointed many times but Caffe Borbone is quality. One very small drawback, but it really isn't important, is that it is a slow pour. Not important. What is important is the flavour and this coffee definitely delivers on that.

Good value. Nice coffee. Unfortunately some capsules burst in the machine and leak, perhaps a quality control issue. Hence only four stars.

I’ve been buying these Caffè Borbone Blue capsules for years and they have always produced a strong espresso with a good crema. As an Italian, I’m very familiar with what a proper espresso should taste like and how it should look. However, the batch I recently purchased is completely different. The capsules look slightly different in colour (more bluish/washed out compared to usual), and the coffee is not creamy at all. The espresso comes out very thin and lacks the usual texture and richness I’m used to. Nothing has changed with my coffee machine, which is well maintained and regularly cleaned, so I am confident the issue is with the product itself or a different batch/quality. Very disappointing compared to previous purchases.

I've been buying caffè Borbone for a while, and never had a problem. The flavour is authentic, whether I buy traditional or deca. However with these particular pods, the seal breaks down shortly after the machine starts brewing. It seems like the seal of the pods cannot sustain the pressure of the hot water. Once the seal breaks, the coffee ground gets spread out a bit everywhere and causes two issues: the brewed coffee gets the ground and becomes unsuitable, the hot coffe ground can reach around 20 cm distance and may cause burns. I thought this would only happen to a few pods, but most of the pods go through this. So sorry for a bad review, but this issue is making the coffee unsuitable for drinking, please fix the pods seal.
