Therapeutic menthol.
It is a little pricey to use in the bath all the time, but it does work as intended. One thing that is a very good use for it is to add a small amount to a warm bowl of water and put it on a rag over your face. Seems like it helps my skin, but also clears my airways.

Bathroom Staple
I love Olbas herbal bath and try not to run out. I use it everyday and bottle usually lasts a couple months-a little goes a long way. Use it for relaxing baths, refreshing showers and quick washcloth bird baths. Also works great for hand washing light/quick drying items in sink like pantyhose, socks, underwear and sports bras. Minty fresh herbal aroma helps wake me up in the morning and I feel fresh and clean all day.

Great for clearing sinuses and other respiratory problems
I'm a guy so I don't take long, luxurious bubble baths with expensive bath oils or salts. But I do have allergies that cause congestion and other respiratory problems. I have been taking hot, steamy baths for decades with Olbas bath oil in them to clear up my respiratory problems for a better night's sleep. An Olbas bath will typically last me most of the night. It goes a long way because you don't need much to create those soothing vapors. I like taking a bath with them so I can immerse my chest in hot water at the same time I'm breathing in the Olbas vapor. But if you don't feel like taking a hot bath, just running one with the Olbas oil in it, closing the bathroom door, and sitting by the tub breathing in the vapors will help ease congestion. If you do that I suggest you drape a towel over your head, let the ends dangle over or even into the tub, while you breath in the vapors. This concentrates the vapors to increase their effectiveness. You can do this while in the tub too. Who cares if the ends of the towel get wet - it will dry if you hang it up afterwards.

Great for compress
I like to make a compress with this in warm water. You dont need alot . Then wet a cloth big enough for the place that aches. I like a heat pad on LOW. With a trash bag between my compress and the heat pad. And I sit and read or watch TV. It really does help the ach to settle down. good for charly horses too.

Refreshing bo/body wash
I love this product!!! I wish I had a big soaking tub to use it with. I’ve been using it as a body wash and it definitely makes my skin tingle in a good way from the herbs. Like a cool miny breeze for the skin. I love using it when I shower at night. I bought several bottles to have on hand. I go through it rather quickly.

very weak

It took about 2 weeks to arrive and was damaged in transport. It had been put into a jiffy bag that was too large. This lead to the bottle 'floating about' which caused the cap to open a bit. As a result the jiffy bag was full of Herbal Bath and very sticky. The herbal bath itself (or what was left of it) was the usual great standard of all Olbas products.
