I was very uneasy ordering this product. I needed it sooner than the shipping allowed, and the directions stated to upload a round picture for a round cake topper. I ended up calling the company. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! The woman walked me through my order confirmed receiving the uploaded picture and I was able to explain what I needed. Worried about the shipping time- the woman took my information and said she would call me if they expected shipping to be past my party date. The order arrived earlier than needed, and looked fantastic! IT WAS PERFECT!!! My only issue was that the direction said to remove the bottom paper before applying it to the cake. The paper was a large piece of wax paper so I kept thinking there was another layer to it. I ripped a the topper a little but it was easily fixed with me finger and some water. This company was FANTASTIC to work with and I highly recommend them!! I will be ordering again in the future for sure!

The edible image was better than anticipated. Shipped fast and held up well during shipping. Instructions and application were so easy and my boyfriend was so elated with the result!! Sellers communication was also phenomenal! Thank you so much!

Ok I finally was able to give it a review since we used it today ..so I had ordered this in July a whole month advance by accident when I really need to order two weeks before this month ended anyways I kept it it a right room temperature like the instructions said and it last without bleeding through or messing up .so I do recommend this company it came in time it wasn't that expensive and it was the perfect Birthday cake for my kiddo.

My daughter loves Sword Art Online and that is a thing for her sweet 16. When I came to them and ask them will they be able to help me and make it look good and not like a watered-down print out like has happened before I was told yes I was doubtful. But it arrived today and when I opened up the package my mind was blown away because it looks wonderful absolutely 100% high quality and you can look at it until I most certainly will continue to buy my edible toppers from them and just to let you know the type of person I am when it comes to my kids birthday everything has to be exactly right it has to be perfect so when I tell you that this edible image is perfect it absolutely is thank you guys so much.

Made a grooms cake for my business partner with our company logo and was very impressed with the quality of the image itself and the sheet it was printed on. I ordered ahead of time just to be safe so I stored for about 2 weeks, sealed in the envelope as instructed. I placed in the freezer while I finished my final coat of icing (no longer than 5 minutes). It came off perfectly, was easy to handle, not flimsy, didn't fold over into itself but was still plyable enough to work with. I will 100% be ordering from this company again.
