Design flaw
It did not fit the drill design. Would not set or stap into the drill opening. I had to jam it in because the tip of the battery does not a line with the drill design.

Got it in in good shape, charged it up and it seemed fine
Got it in in good shape, charged it up and it seemed fine. took the battery out of the charger, took it out the next day and got ready to use it. put it in the gun and it suddenly started smoking and burnt up...Probably not the battery but the drill. Must have been a short someplace... Oh well at least it wasn't a $65.00 battery....
