Perfect size for stir fry for two. Didn’t want a great big wok. Also works great for scrambled eggs. Nice sturdy weight. Cleans easily. ** Have had this pan for a year now. It still cleans up like new. Nonstick is still intact. Go to pan for browning hamburger, scrambling eggs and stir fry of course. Still love it and would like more pieces of this brand. Another reviewer said it is heavy. It is a nice sturdy weight, heavier than a thin metal but nothing like cast iron heavy. Certainly easy to handle. Worth every penny UPDATE Have owned this pan 5 yrs now! Just washed it after sausage gravy. Still cleans up easily. My go to pan for everything. I don’t use metal utensils or put my pans in dishwasher that prob helps. Just buy this one already!

I wish I'd known about these pans years ago. They cook beautifully, clean like a dream. The high price is well worth it, as they are sturdy enough to last a very long time.

I got a small pan, and I loved it so much, I ordered a small wok, which I really love! These pans are the easiest clean up ever! I don't dig metal into them, but I have scrambled eggs with a fork, or stirred the food in the wok with metal & there's no problem. I do follow all of the directions that come with them! I Highly recommend these!!!

Heavy, non-stick little wok. Easy to clean because it fits in a standard sink.

This is the second ScanPan we have bought. The other is a 10.5" sautée pan. They are fabulous. By far the best heat distribution I've seen in any pan. The trick is to let it get fully warm, it takes a while, and then keep the heat between medium and medium high. It cooks evenly, browns without burning, and is quick to clean. I recommend these pans highly.

This is my every day go-to pan that’s perfect for one or two people. I had been looking for a non-stick non-PFOA smaller-sized wok for stir frys for quite some time and this is perfect! It costs a little more but the quality of the product, made in Denmark, is unparalleled. A terrific buy!
