Hard to find this again, but Amazon came through. I did research on these forms years back and bought this one, which healed my back. It got stored away in the wet of the garage and mildewed. When I needed one again, I ransacked the information on all the newer ones and determined that this is still the best. I was so thrilled to find it. It fits everywhere, can be adjusted for the user and seat, is superior in quality. I use it in the car and in the chairs in the house. Obus saved my back again. I will treat this with greater care and keep it forever. It is definitely made to last and serve.

I've been a fan of the Obus Forme back support for years, and have relied on it to give me rigid back support in my recliner. But I also need lumbar support, and the only thing I didn't like about the original version was that the lumbar support was a small separate pillow that stuck on the back with Velcro. I never could get that small pillow positioned correctly so it provided any support. The adjustable pneumatic inflatable lumbar support is the perfect addition to the original Obus Forme. The lumbar support adjusts easily and then stays in place once it's adjusted. It inflates with a small hand bulb that is then stored in a little pocket on the side of the back support. I've had this one for about two months and the lumbar support has not leaked out any air. This support is about 18 inches at its widest and narrows to about 12 inches at the top. That may not seem like much, but I'm one of those full figured guys and I have no problem getting comfortable using this. The Bottom Line If you need a good solid portable back support you can't go wrong with this one. Yes, it's a bit pricey but, as they say, "You get what you pay for." The first one I bought lasted almost 20 years, and I expect a similar lifespan out of this one. At the present time, this model cost quite a bit more than the original model here on Amazon. In my opinion, it's well worth the extra cost.

I recently had my third back surgery. This item was recommended by my physical therapist. I use it wherever I go. It supports, cradles and stabilizes my spine especially on car trips.

This is an excellent product. I bought the first one 15 years ago and it served me well. This is now my second. I love that you can adjust the lumbar support in height and intensity. I have tried many lumbar supports and found this one to be the best by far. Bravo ObusForme.

It might work for some but didn't for me, looks like well made with good materials and the bladder inflates as intended but is already bulky without it. I need more like an upper back support. The straps to hold it in place are kind of tight in the back of the seat and I think will make marks and wrinkles on it.

I have bought four different kinds of back pads. Kept three costing a total of 150 dollars...but with only short term benefit. In two days of using this on my miserable commutes this has allowed me to get back to normal function. I am stunned and very pleased with this product, I was going to have to sell my car if this didn't work

This support is very thick. Too thick for my Prius. It pushes you forward on the seat. I will be returning it as it does not work for my needs. However, it is a great cushion and the air ballon is nice feature. If my seat was bigger or I was shorter than 5'6".....maybe.

Bought this for my wife who has a lot of problems sitting in our van's seats on long trips. This is the only thing that has ever helped her! She was so excited about how comfortable it was. I was finding this inflatable lumbar support to be comfortable. However...... it slowly deflated behind my back and the strap to put around the back of the chair is too short for my small recliner and this is not adjustable. I am returning it, and due to two other reviews saying the same thing, I do not want a replacement of the same item. Now I have to go to the trouble of travelling to a post office to return it. Use this for back support in my car and what a huge difference. I have no back pain when I'm driving, my posture is better and it makes for a more comfortable drive. LovevthatvI can pump it up or deflate it to my comfort level. The material is breathable and doesn't make me sweat. Very happy with my purchase. I would repurchase this back support again, but the quality is great and seems like it will last me a while.

The first Lumbar Support pillow I received had a leak. The second pillow I received holds air, however when sitting my back often comes in contact with the release valve, which seems to be quite sensitive, causing the pillow to deflate. If I could keep the cushion inflated, it would be an excellent cushion. As it stands, it is pretty well useless to me.

It’s not the best but okay! I thought it will be more comfortable but actually not , I believe it’s not for everyone.
