I used this book as a textbook for one of my classes in a Master of Public Health degree. The premise of the book is very interesting, comparing health systems across multiple countries and introducing a systematic method of analysis. I enjoyed the readings very much, but it needs updating with more recent data. It would also benefit from additional photos, graphics, callouts, some design to break up the very dense text.

Great buy! I purchased this text for 20% less than I would have at my campus bookstore.

I needed it for class, it came used as it was supposed to. No real complaints other than the binding being worn in and marks on the pages
