The product quality is good and feels very smooth. just one issue is it smells a bit when I use it .. seems to be some internal oil or machine. I though it will go away after few uses . but I have been using for last 4 months and it still smells. the smell is very minor so not much of an issue

Missing Item and no proper packaging.
I got damaged box, and one of jar's blade was missing and Mixer grinder was good but transportation seems doesn't look good, inside no there was no thermacool. Please improve transportation guy.
