Of people who did experience relief after using this product, did the tinnitus return if usage was discontinued?

Yes. This is a maintenance treatment. If it stopped tinnitus completely after discontinuing use, then it would be a true cure. And there is no cure. But for me it's been reduced by over half, but the relief started into the third bottle. They say try 4 to determine total relief, so I'm hoping for further reduction.

what are the ingredients?

Can't help you there, although I think the main ingredient might be arganine (maybe). I can tell you it didn't do much for me but was recommended by my audiologist, though he didn't think it would be a lot of help.
