I have had this mattress for almost a year now. It is comfortable, sturdy as I like my mattress a little stronger. My husband and I have been blessed with good sleep since we purchased this mattress. Our old mattress we purchased back in 1196, it was time for a new one. You will not be disappointed. Also the delivery guys carried this right into our bedroom!

Poor quality
This is very poorly made. This sides are soft and you can easily roll out of bed. The material will pill up on the mattress. I do not reccomend

Good firm bed but I like more plush
Nice bed, kind of firm. I wish it had a thicker pillow top. I am sleeping well on it since I added a mattress topper.

Warranty is not what it is advertised
The mattress itself is fine. I sleep alone and weigh about 175lbs. I only use my bed for sleeping and nothing else. I received the mattress and box spring in April/May 2020. The box spring broke in December 2020. I messaged the seller TWO times before getting a response that the warranty doesn't cover the box spring and "you can purchase any box online for around $100 to replace this one." I thought that was insensitive and rude and misleading. I'm currently sleeping on my mattress on the floor. I will not purchase from this company again.

Excellent night sleep
My bed arrived in one box. The delivery man stated it was just the mattress and showed me the delivery notice that stated mattress and said he didn’t have the time to open the box. I emailed the company and they responded with minutes stating it was all in one box. Last night I had my best nights sleep in the past 3 years. The mattress is so comfortable. It is pillow top on both sides so the mattress can be turned. Looking forward to anther great nights sleep. Even my puppy slept until 8:20 this morning with me.

Extra Firm Mattress
This is an extra firm mattress - pillow top doesn't really change that. Also, when we received mattress and box spring, the box spring was dirty. There were several places where it was soiled - I had the very distinct impression it had either been used, returned, and reshipped OR there was extreme lack of care in the factory. I thought with the pillow top it would be a softer surface feel.

Great bed from great people.
This is a great bed very comfortable and the perfect firmness for me. The customer service was stellar. They called ahead of time, made sure we were home, even asked if we needed help moving it where we wanted it. Honestly made me feel like they actually cared.
