Does this conche the chocolate too or only reduces particle size? Thanks

Been using one of these for quite few years now, to conche just release the top lock nut and let it run for, well I would recommend a minimum of about 12 hours. Makes great chocolate.

No UK Plug :(

Haven't started using this yet despite hearing great things. Unfortunately it hasn't come with a UK plug so will need to see about that before I can do anything else! Will update this review when I actually get going.
