Was expecting them too be a big bigger but still good for the money and perfect to read instructions and ingredients

I’ve been taking these a couple of weeks now and just finished the packet and bought a second bag. And I have to say, I think they are working. I was very skepticle as nothing ever works on me. I don’t put on weight and never really have! I don’t take 2 capsules 3 times a day as I’m smaller built and was worried I’d be taking too much to handle, so I only take 4 capsules daily (morning and evening, as a pose to 3 times a day) and I think I’ve gained some weight from taking these. Seems to be working so far as I’ve gained a few kilos. I do a little bit of exercise as well and have noticed a difference when training too as I’m pushing a bit harder. If one was to regularly exercise (with a good diet) I think you could gain some definition. I will review again once Ive finished my second packet.
