Yes it is. I used the powder after my surgery, im not sure if it helped, but i had no complications after surgery which is a great thing. It can be super sweet, just gulp it super fast.

what is expiration date on cheaper product?

I don’t have answer to that. Juven always had far enough expiration date that I never worried about it. It was recommended by our doctors
