This product arrived very quickly after I ordered it, I have taken cinnamon capsules before prior to taking this product trying to help lower my blood glucose levels, however with the other products I did not notice that big of a change in my numbers. I specifically tried this product because it is organic and the product description mentions that it may help with healthy blood sugar, all products are not equal and for the first time after about a week in a half I started to notice my blood glucose numbers dropping.
