This was a great find. Easy to hook up, sounds great and works perfect in my jeep, which has ruined two stereo's because they got wet. Now I don't have to worry.

FOR A MARINE RADIO TO GET DAMP FROM OVER NIGHT DEW AND NOT WORK AGAIN ,EVEN WITH THE COVER INSTALLED. VERY DISAPPOINTED ..

I bought this item and a pair of 6" waterproof speakers to go with it. I was unable to install the plastic cover due to limited space, but it works fine without it. The sound is good. Plenty of volume for listening inside of the boat, which is all I was after. It reads MP3s off of discs, which is a great feature. You can get several hours of music onto one CD. I haven't had it out in the water yet to test the skip resistance, but I planned on using it with a portable MP3 player so I wouldn't have to worry about skipping anyway.

Works great so far. I installed it on our boat. I did have to cut out a larger area to put it, but the old radio was just an am/fm cassette. This one has a larger footprint. It has been on the boat now for a few weeks and works great. It is really nice having a cd player now and the speakers sound super.

Difficult to install, then it didn't work at all. No sound. Don't buy unless you want a radio that doesn't work. Now that we installed it, have to uninstall then return it to where? A waste of $75.00 If you want to throw your money away, go for it! If any one can tell me how to get reimbursed, I would greatly appreciate it.

So far so good got it today installed it today. Works great sounds pretty good. Not bad for the money. Just be careful with the front waterproof cover. Seems fragile until its installed and mounted.

It was OK... the sound out of the speakers was rather weak but it performed fine. My expectations were not that high s the price was quite low.

I gave it two stars because it was easy to install. The radio worked but the CD didn't; which is the only reason we bought it ugh! Also the speakers weren't flush mount. This is for you If you only want a radio when your at the dock.
