Woud you recommend the light or medium? I'm not fair but I have a beige skin tone.

I've not tried the medium so I don't know how dark it is, but personally I'd go for the light. You can always put on extra to darken the result, if necessary. Good luck!

This says "water resistant". Has anyone had issues with streaking due to sweat?

It stays on amazingly well. I swim in chlorine pool and at beach and I'm surprised at the staying power. I don't notice it coming off from sweat. *remove it using an old cloth or towel because it is hard to clean it from them.

Has anyone tried this on tattoos?

I have two leg tattoos and it does not affect their color or cover them.
