Works great!

It's as good as the Xyron sticker & magnet maker it's designed for. Serves its purpose in repositioning stickers/decals, unlike its permanent counterpart, which is best for more elaborate, long term purpose projects! Easier when working with children or for those of us whose hands tend to shake a lot. It provides more "peace of mind, less anxiety" for the user (because it can be repositioned). However, depending on the material used to stick things on, it may or may not grip and seal as well as the permanent tape does. Therefore, it was good to test smaller decals on different texture papers and other surfaces, such as wood, to find that this tape won't always detach without harming the paper or object it is placed on. Having said that, it's extremely good quality tape, even for smaller wall decals (on semi-gloss paint!!) but you definitely don't want to take for granted it is damage free for all surfaces whenever peeling off from it. All things considered, this is a great option over the permanent but I don't think there should be comparison because each serve a different purpose. What I love about this repositionable tape is the freedom, peace of mind and less room for error as opposed to permanent tape. Actually, this is a great option as a "test" or "tryout" for those not so sure permanent projects that allow for testing with repositionable tape decal so you can see a preview of what your project will look like once you apply "the real deal" permanent tape decal piece! To me, this makes this tape far more versatile and useful than the permanent but again, it can't substitute permanent tape on various projects that demand better adhesive tape. For children, I highly recommend using this in smoother "shiny" paper, such as glossy photo paper, binder paper covers, already laminated art, plastic surfaces, such as toys, etc. These surfaces allow easier peeling hence easier repositioning. I definitely recommend this Xyron tape!

I have used this product for many years and love it! It is so easy to use and is extremely safe for all ages while working on art projects of any kind. It always arrives well packaged & on time!

Great idea to make your own labels for protects. Follow the easy to use instructions . I use these on my diamond art projects to install them on the plastic containers for the jewels.

The Xyron Permanent Adhesive Refill for X150 Sticker Maker, is great product - the stickers stay on whatever I put them on and stay on I have the smaller sticker maker so works great on small projects. I will buy it again and would definitely recommend.

I really like this product

Through some sort of fairy dust magic unicorn technology, this thing turns any piece of paper, cardboard or material, that is small enough to fit through it into a sticker. I have to admit I bought it more out of curiosity than I did an actual need, but it's becoming more obvious how handy this could be. Essentially if you can fit it through the machine (up to 1.5" wide) you can turn it into a sticker, which opens up a ton of possibilities. Much easier than fumbling around with a glue stick, and so far the adhesive seems tacky enough for most uses, could be a bit stickier in my opinion though. Turn anything from handwritten notes to custom printed labels into stickers in a few seconds. If you do any sort of crafting this item is a must for your arsenal of tools. PROS: • Anything that fits into the machine can be turned into a sticker. • Turn cardstock, hand-drawn art, printed images, ribbons, cloth, all into a sticker • has permanent and repositionable adhesive options • comes with 20' roll of permanent adhesive • Edge to edge adhesive CONS: • Unit was smaller than I expected. They do have larger models at a higher pricepoint • fair amount of waste when creating stickers • Permanent adhesive could be tackier, It holds but on most items, you can easily peel it off again. TIPS & TRICKS: • My son loves drawing his own little pictures and turning them into stickers. • double-layer sacrificial paper to apply adhesive to specific areas for some custom crafting
