Je fais du pain quotidiennement en utilisant cette toile. Elle a la bonne rigidité qui permet de bien séparer les baguettes. La pâte ne s'y colle pas. Elle se range facilement en la pliant délicatement sur elle-même en évitant la trace du pli. Il suffit de la secouer pour faire tomber l'excédent de farine. De plus elle a la largeur de mon four ce qui simplifie le façonnage à la bonne taille. Très bien
