Compact Mineral Foundation SPF 15 – Pressed Powder Foundation, Concealer, Finishing & Setting Powder, On-the-Go Compact, Lightweight, Talc-Free, Non-Toxic – 0.35 oz - Brown Sugar

I have been using BP for over a year, in the loose powder form. Decided to try the compact for it's convenience And I still love it every time I put it on. I was quite impressed with the amount of coverage it gives, being that it's a mineral foundation, It doesn't necessarily provide "Full Coverage" but it sure does get close to it!!!!!! I have 'light tan' skin with yellow/reddish undertones and the color "NUTMEG" provides such Natural coverage, even in sunlight! People are SURPRISED to hear me say that I have make up on, and it's only when I use a tissue to wipe the makeup off my face and show them, do they believe me. Like I mentioned before, it's not nearly quite full coverage and you will see some slight blemishes peek through, so to cover up my acne/darker spots, I use the BP Base. This foundation last a good 8 hours, w/out retouching. The color Nutmeg, I use during the winter time. When I have developed more of a tan during the summer, I combine Nutmeg & Maple. The sponge in the compact will give you the MOST Coverage, and I use the BP Powder Brush for touch-ups. But the coverage is buildable, I'll say from a Sheer - Medium - Nearly Full Coverage. The Nutmeg has a slight Golden color to it, but nothing exaggerating. I also love it because it didn't leave my face looking Pink or Beige. I love it so much I've recommended it to my mom, and actually bought her a compact. The only tiny 'Con' I have is that this color will leave ur face a 'lil bit of a whitish color, just a bit, but I use BP Bronzer to correct that lil bit...but this is not such a problem that it will sway my decision to not use it. I don't like to wear liquid foundation, so I opted for a BP mineral foundation. This foundation does NOT make me break out or make my face oily. I pretty much use it everyday!!! I know some reviwers were stating that the compact is difficult to open and that is partially true. I ordered 2 compacts of different color and only one of the compacts was a little difficult to open, just slightly get stuck, that's all.

As a 56 yr old woman with large pores, and increasing wrinkles, I have tried soooo many different foundations (and wasted so very much money!). I find that I cannot use ANY liquid foundations (even the high end, horribly expensive ones) due to the fact that regardless of the primer I use, any liquid just settles into literally every pore on my face, especially my nose. The only solution I have found to to use a quality powder foundation (of course, making sure to moisturize well prior & use good primer). This Bella Pierre rivals some of the better ones that I've found that work for me (such as Laura Geller, Wander Beauty and Too Faced). The Bella Pierre has never settled into my pores or fine wrinkles, and my skin looks fresh and healthy with this on. Sometimes I'll use Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer underneath for a bit of extra coverage, but typically, I just use a good primer and brush a small amount of this foundation over top. It gives a very nice finish, and very good coverage as well. I highly recommend this product to anyone who's on the fence about purchasing this, especially any woman in my age range who has similar issues to mine (oh, by the way, I have an oily T zone, and this handles that perfectly). It was completely broken when I received it

I bought ivory which on the Bella Pierre website says has "yellow" undertones - that's just not true. The color has pink undertones. Despite that, I love this makeup so much, I just made it work. The coverage is buildable to medium to almost full, however, despite that, it looks natural and even though there is SPF in the formula, it doesn't oxidize. I may break down and spend the big bucks to get my shade on the website - "ultra" which appears to have yellow undertones. Also, this stuff is sweatproof. I wore it over my Elta MD sunscreen and it looked great and stayed on during a 5 mile jog in 80 degree heat. I like this a lot better than Jane Iradele.

Although I like the loose version better; this is great for a compact; although the color is definitely different from the loose version (a bit darker and more peachy). However, it is still a very nice compact powder foundation. I like it best for touch ups and to use as a concealer. It is surely not the exact same color as the loose version, but I think this is true for most compacts due to the extra ingredients & oils; but I would suggest to change the names or be clear in the description so one does not assume they are identical. I have both the Cinnamon and Nutmeg in the compact; and I find the Nutmeg to be a bit more golden; and the Cinnamon more peachy. All in all, it is a great product if the shade works for you.

Really like this brand of makeup and decided to try the compact powder. I always order Latte in the loose and ordered Latte in compact. Totally different color. When wearing the compact formula it made my skin feel dry and the shade was slightly darker. I will stick with the loose formula from now on.

Have used this makeup for several years. I am allergic to most make up. This mineral make up has great coverage and looks natural. The color match is perfect.

Absolutely the best foundation powder - EVER! I discovered it by chance when in John Lewis on Oxford Street, London, and have been addicted ever since. I'm in my 40's and time is starting to make an appearance on my face. Since using this product I have received so many compliments that my face looks more youthful and vibrant, and it makes me feel younger also! When I see pictures of myself now I actually do look younger, and it's all down to this little gem! I also use the Bellapierre Primer, which is the best primer I've ever used, and the two combined work wonders on knocking the years off your face. Yes, the product is expensive, but it's worth it to look 10 years younger. And, a little goes a LONG way. I find that this compact lasts twice as long as the MAC compact I used to use prior to finding this little darling. Just a hint - buy Bellapierre from Amazon and not from the Bellapierre website as it's far cheaper on Amazon!
