Why dose cool water smell different?

It is a clean smelling perfume, my go to.

Why do people keep saying this is "marked as eau de deoderant" even though the pic says eau de toilette? Which is it?

I don't know why it is marked that way in the picture, but the actual product IS marked as being "eau de Deodorante". It is still a good product for the price. The only difference is that this is a lighter version of Cool Water, which isn't as strong of a scent as the "eau de Cologne" or "eau de Parfume" versions.

Would a 15yr old girl like this perfume?

I think so. It's one of my favorites and I am extremely picky when it comes to perfumes. It has a slight undertone floral scent. Not powerful, just enough scent and it lasts all day. I get many compliments on it and asked what I perfume I'm wearing.
