For reptiles I use F10 on the enclosures themselves, hide boxes, thermostat probes, and water dishes. Though after I spray a water dish I wash it off well just to be safe. With parrots, I would say that this does not remove feces as easily as vinegar and water, but that's an easy trade-off knowing I'm removing more bacteria this way.
