Main impression: Wow, do we love this machine- once set up. Pros: Works wonderfully. Time Saver. Business must. Cons: A little finicky to set up. (But once set up, you never touch again.) The 'wack, wack' is a little loud. Suggestions: Ensure that the paper you are folding is cool to the touch (not hot off the laser printer). Ensure that the paper is fanned and DO USE the instructions suggestion of C bending the paper before putting in the sheet feed tray. Do not use the high speed setting. The 'slow' is very fast. Yes, you will get some hard wacks and the fold is slightly bent over on a few pages. Simply bend the edge back. Our hard, 'hammer wack' rate is about 1:250. Pages are still usable for customers. Keeping the output area free of stack-up really works for us. We are now 4,000+ pages in. HUGE TIME SAVER. I really agonized about purchasing this unit for my small business. ($750ish) I kick myself for waiting. Now, I just smile when having to fold 1,000 plus pages. This machine is so slick.

Truly deserves ZERO stars. Worked great for first 125 folds. Has not worked since. Will not pull paper through to fold. I have spent hours on the phone with manufacturer, and many emails back and forth. They say it is because we are “high volume ink” users and the machine isn’t set for that. They don’t mention this ANYWHERE in the description or specs. Everything we do is colored . I would have never purchased this machine if there had been a HINT that it wouldn’t work with color or a full page of ink. DO NOT BUY if your projects include a full page of ink/toner. You will be very disappointed. Manufacturer says it is not a defect of the machines so they will do nothing. It’s an $800 paper weight. I’m furious.

This product is great! It does get jammed at times but pretty easy to unjam. This makes work so much easier and quicker.

I purchased this folding machine two years ago, and it hasn't worked beyond the first year. Our requirements are a very minimal need for paper folds, but a necessary time saver. The staff and I have been manually folding for over a year, and that defeats the purpose. I've used and am very familiar with paper folding machines from my various places of employment. THIS ONE IS JUNK!!! a. First, it started to fall apart. It took a long time to get the spare parts. b. It is completely unusable because it jams 95% of the time. c. The manufacturer does not respond at all to calls, emails, or support requests on their own website! d. There is only one recommended solution, but you have to do a lot of online searching: clean the rollers. That has not helped—EVER! I've 'thrown in the towel' and am now looking for another folding machine from another source.

We are a church and use letter and legal size paper. Using letter size is fine. But, our bulletin paper which is legal size doesn't feed through very well. I need to pull it out or it jams the machine.

We have an older folder that was MUCH more expensive that kept acting up, this folder works like a charm!! So HAPPY with this purchase!

I bought this for use of folding bulletins for our Church. 8/10 papers would come out either folded weirdly with a bunch of creases or torn edges or bottoms.
