Does it mix well with yogurt

Yes! I usually only mix it in yogurt.

I just opened my container of Benefiber and it was only about 2/3 rd full, is this normal ?

some settling may occur, but our container was probably at least 3/4 full. It certainly wasn't up to the brim. Sorry for the late response. mw

Does this controls hunger?

Not really but i use it everyday and it helps i like it because i can put it onany thing and no grit or taste andit really works worth the money i really try to be consistant on time and regular intervals and its safe

How much fiber do I get from this?

This is from the Supplement Facts label on the jar. Serving size: 2 tsp., Dietary fiber - 3g, Soluble fiber - 3g. For adults (age 12 up) they recommend 3 servings per day. I've taken it for 4 - 5 months and will continue. It dissolves very easily in my oatmeal, coffee, and milk.
