55566514 : Genuine Fuel Evaporation Control/Breather Valve - OEM - New from LSC

Good quality. Fixed my wife Corsa issue. No more engine light on.

Seemed like a genuine Bosch Fuel Evap valve, and no issues swapping it in. A very easy repair for a DIYer to do. I hooked up my car to the OBD scanner and took for a test drive; all levels have returned to normal and the car is running well so far. I feel it is unlikely there will be a related issue since the repair. Although not a deal breaker, I also took some comfort in when I noticed the part's production date was within 1 year of the current year; indicating it wasn't old stock that had been sat on a shelf somewhere. Overall, I'm very satisfied and saved a good £80 or more on doing the repair myself. I left my original review February 2023 and the part is still perfectly fine 10 months later.

This one costs three times more than the cheap alternatives, but it’s ten times better. No annoying ticking noise, and it actually works properly. It didn’t break after a week like the others, so yeah — it’s original, and the price is justified.

Hi I brought this product because I had an engineer warning light . I went to the car garage and they said it was emissions so I took it to my son he knew it wasn’t anything major and was the sensor . Vauxhall were charging £150 pounds for this part and £300 with fitting . It took less than15 minutes to install in this rectified my issue and I dint have a single problem as it was easy to fit

This is the part thag fits 2016 corsa and upwards, the other cheaper bosch parts comnector doesnt fit newer models

Girlfriend’s Vauxhall Corsa had the dreaded engine management light come on and so like the diligent boyfriend I am I had a look and found the car had are a p0172 error code which is caused by “Fuel Trim too Rich”. Bought this on a little bit of a wing and a prayer that it would fix the issue on my girlfriends Corsa as this code can be caused by many different things, never the less this part fixed the issue and the car was back on it’s A game again!! By the way if you get the same code and suspect this is the culprit, if you remove the part from the car and try and blow through it then if you can get any air through it, it’s broken, this part if working correctly should not allow any air through it when disconnected from the vehicle.

This fitted to my 2015 corsa e 1.4. I had a P0171 fault on my diagnostic. I did some research and alot of people said it could be this part. Very easy to remove and if you blow in it it should be closed so no flow through it. I received new part next day and fitted hey presto all sorted. So before you start looking at more expensive parts just remove this give it a blow if it passes air through it replace it.
