Very absorbent & comfy.
Size details- I'm a 6ft tall female, wear a 2x dress, 18-20 pant, my rear end and thighs are large. The XXL was a little bit loose but not so loose that they fell down. I didn't have any gapping in the thigh area either. They are so soft and comfortable, very breathable too. The tear away sides are very durable. Other brands tend to rip easily when just putting them on, not these guys. I'm going to size down next time and see if they fit better. Now for product review- AMAZING! I usually have to wear a pull up AND a large overnight pad; but last night I was able to wear just the Tena pull up. I did have a dime size leak in the morning, but I belive it's because I finally slept for 9 hours straight, and my incontinence is very heavy through the night. Waking up this morning without soggy pajama pants was amazing. My husband is so polite, has never said anything about me smelling like teetee in the morning when we wake up, but this morning he said, "its nice just being able to smell your shampoo this morning, and nothing else." I excitedly said, "babe! I know right!!" I knew that was his polite way of saying, "it's nice to not wake up to my wife smelling like teetee!" I am only 39, and he's 43. Mornings used to be for cuddling and stuff. But for the last 2 years I have gotten up and immediately needed to shower and wash my clothes. By the time I'm done he's already up and getting ready to leave for work. It was nice to only have 1 small wet spot on my pj's. Tonight, I will try putting them on backwards and I imagine I'll wake up dry. Which tbh I couldn't tell which side was the back, so I may have had them on backwards to begin with. There is also a lifted inside flap as shown in the photo, that helps phenomenally! I hope these work as well for you, as they did for me! =D Take care soggy bottom friends. ♡

Stop Looking - These Are the Ones!
Purchased these for my elderly mother and she really likes them. They are absorbent, fit well, and are easy for her to use. They are durable without being too bulky. They are a little pricey in our opinion, but when you need something that works for overnight (or daily) care, these beat out all the others that we have tried. She also uses the Tena pads in combination with these and has no problem with leaks. The design is a good one and they are worth the price.

irregular sizing
I really like the comfort and quality of these briefs but the sizes are confusing. I usually wear a large in Depends and these in large can barely pull over my bottom. So I ordered X-large and the first pair I put on felt great, then the next few were similar in fit to the large (not good). Then the next pair was comfortable and fit well again. All in the same package. It seems to be a quality control issue. I am debating whether to order the XX-large.

No leaks!!
Works wonderfully! These are very comfortable, and are able to withstand one of my full bladder releases. I have a neurogenic bladder and anxiety related OAB. When my bladder is full, sometimes it’ll just empty and it makes me feel horrible because most of the diapers I’ve tried will leak - even a little when it comes to that much liquid all at once. I feel so much more confident wearing these, it’s given me a sense of freedom that I didn’t have before. I don’t have to obsessively look for bathrooms, I don’t have to obsess over the anxious thoughts of “what am I going to do?” if I peed my pants, or couldn’t find a bathroom in time. If you see the inside liner, that keeps liquid on the padded area so it can be absorbed. I haven’t leaked yet wearing these. These make me feel confident when I’m driving and there’s no rest stops. Instead of getting nervous and wondering if I can hold it to the next rest stop, I’m confident that even if I can’t hold it, these will be able to. They don’t have a smell to them and the urine smell generally isn’t an issue if changed soon after voiding. I’m going to be getting a size down next order, as these were a bit too large on me, and the back - even when dry sags a bit.

Excellent product!
Tena is the best incontinence product I've found and I've tried many. I use at night and some during the day if I'm going to be away from home for a while.

Saves dignity, keeps elderly users clean and dry
My elderly mother has grappled with incontinence and limited mobility since her hip surgery. After attempting several different incontinence support products we finally started using the Tena and it has made a world of difference for my mother. These briefs are easy to wear, fits snugly and comfortably like cotton briefs, they absorb a lot of fluid at a time, thus protecting other clothes and surfaces from getting soiled. The absorbent nature also helps minimize and at times eliminate odor which makes it highly functional and useful. The product is quite durable and does not tear easily. In the initial stages of using my mother ran through several of them daily, but now having learned to use it she only uses one or two daily which makes it a great value proposition. I am glad we found this product to ease the discomfort of my mom. The price point is also not too steep and as such makes affordable.

Fit Great, VERY Comfortable, Not Overnight Absorbent
These fit well, and they are comfortable. I remembered that from ages ago when I needed to order them before. I got them because I ran out of my cheap paid-for-by-insurance ones and I needed something fast. However, even though they are extremely comfortable, they really aren't for overnight wear. There was a massive mess to clean up with a very soapy mop and extremely hot water after I stood up the night I wore these instead of my more expensive Tranquility ones. However, for daytime wear when you are awake and oriented, these are perfect. Did I mention they are comfortable? Heh.
