Inconsistent size
The gray and black pair are similar in size to some other UK Medium briefs that I own but as can be seen from the photo the red pair are significantly bigger. It would appear that underwear is not returnable under any circumstances, even when declared 'defective'.

Without doubt the most comfortable pants I have ever worn. Great fit, great support and they wash and wear well. I don't wear anything else. Price is excellent even with them coming from the US. As an update to the above I have bought some more pairs recently. They have changed both the design (larger) and quality (lower) and they are just not as good.
